Thanks for responding. This is for our R&D space….needs to hold at least 200 LBS…the ship depositor must be adjustable and at least 22 kg/hr @ chip size 1,000 CT for example. Thanks

Where are you located? What size tanks? That will help determine options for melting tanks. Do they need to be used … or is price the issue and new will be okay if the price is right.

Also – what kind of capacity are you looking for in a chip depositing line? And are the tanks you want to support this line?

Capacity would be in kg/hr which would depend to some extent on chip size. Those two factors will determine the width of the belt and the length of the cooling tunnel.
